OFFICE ADMIN JUNIOR
FULL TIME ROLE DESCRIPTION
Pay: £17,000 Rising to £19,000 after 12 months, plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Start Date: 29th January 2021
The role includes but is not limited to:
General administration including making and receiving phone calls, emails, communicating with customers and other employees, placing orders, arranging deliveries, chasing deliveries, some basic accounting processes.
Training will be given so that you understand all processes and you will receive on going support from our experienced admins.
You will need to be able to work efficiently and in detail leasing with other members of staff. You must be able to work to your own initiative and be able to prioritise your work load.
